Team
How to invite the people who work with you, what each role can see, and how to give everyone their own hours and services.
Team is where the people who take appointments live. Each person can have their own hours and their own services, and the slots on your page are calculated for each of them separately.
Two ways to add someone
Invite by email. They get an invitation, create their account with that same address and appear on your team. This is the route for anyone who will use the dashboard. Invitations expire after seven days and you can cancel them while they are pending.
Add without invitation. Creates the profile with no account and no login. Use it for someone who appears on your page and receives appointments but is never going to log in and manage anything.
Roles
Staff. Can take appointments. No access to the admin panel.
Owner. Full access: services, calendar, customers and settings. Give it only to someone who actually runs the business.
Each person's hours
From a member's profile, under Set availability, you define the hours they work. It is independent of the business hours and overrides them.
That is also where breaks go, with a label if you want one, and where a day can be marked unavailable.
If a person has no hours of their own, the business hours apply.
Which services each person delivers
The assignment is made from the service, not from the person, in the Assigned staff field. The team list shows No services assigned for anyone who has none.
When you add someone by hand, they are automatically assigned to every service that already existed.
Google Calendar
Each person connects their own calendar. In the team list, the Connect Google Calendar link only appears on your own row. On everyone else's you will see This person must connect it themselves, because it requires signing in with their Google account.
Removing someone
The option is Deactivate. They stop receiving new bookings, but their existing appointments are untouched. The history is not deleted.
How many people fit
The free plan fits one person only. Unlimited team requires Pro or Business.
