Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we process when providing the PuntualLife platform, why we use it, and the choices people have about their data.

Last updated: September 10, 2026

1. Who we are and scope

PuntualLife is a trade name under which Curious Website does business, and Curious Website is the controller for the processing described in this policy. Any reference to PuntualLife means Curious Website.

PuntualLife provides tools to manage bookings, clients, staff, payments, communications and business integrations. For privacy questions you can write to [email protected].

PuntualLife is the controller of account, billing and direct platform-usage data. When a business uses PuntualLife to manage its own clients' information, that business decides the purpose of the processing and PuntualLife processes the data to provide the service to it.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data such as name, email, phone and protected credentials.
  • Business information: services, locations, availability and team members.
  • Data needed for bookings, such as the client's identity and contact details, date, service, notes and preferences.
  • Information about communications, consents, reminders and marketing preferences.
  • Subscription and transaction data. Full card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored on PuntualLife.
  • Technical and security data such as IP address, device, browser, activity logs and error events.
  • Data and tokens the user authorizes when connecting services like Google Calendar, Google Business Profile or Google Ads.

3. How we use information

  • Create and protect accounts, authenticate users and manage permissions.
  • Manage bookings, calendars, clients, payments, messages and reminders.
  • Connect integrations requested by the user and sync the authorized information.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents, and keep audit logs.
  • Provide support, analyze how the service works and improve its features.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We process information to perform the service contract, handle consent-based requests, comply with legal obligations and protect legitimate interests such as the security and improvement of the platform.

4. Data from Google

We only access Google information after the user expressly authorizes an integration. We use that data exclusively to provide the requested feature, such as signing in, syncing calendars or connecting business tools.

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google data or use it for personalized advertising.

The user can revoke access from their Google account or disconnect the integration from PuntualLife. When that happens we stop requesting new information and delete or retain the existing data according to applicable obligations and the periods described in this policy.

5. Providers and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may share it only with:

  • Infrastructure, storage, email, messaging, security and support providers.
  • Payment processors such as Stripe and integration providers chosen by the user.
  • The business a person books with and its authorized staff.
  • Authorities or third parties when necessary to comply with the law, prevent harm or protect rights.
  • A successor entity in a business reorganization, with the legally required protections.

6. Text messages (SMS)

A business using PuntualLife can send its clients text messages about a booking they made: confirmation, a reminder before the appointment, a cancellation and a reschedule. These messages are transactional — they always relate to a specific booking, and PuntualLife does not send promotional text messages without separate opt-in.

Consent is collected on the public booking form through a checkbox that is never pre-ticked, and the phone number is only used for the messages described above. A person can stop them at any time by replying STOP to any message, which takes effect immediately and is recorded; replying START resumes them and HELP returns contact information. Message frequency is capped at 5 messages per day per phone number. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes, and no mobile information is shared with third parties for any purpose other than the telecommunications providers required to deliver the message. This exclusion applies regardless of the sharing described in the previous section.

7. Retention and security

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and prevent abuse. Businesses can define retention policies and request export or deletion from their privacy controls.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational controls, including encryption in transit, access restrictions, protected secrets and security logs. No system is completely infallible, so we also recommend protecting credentials and enabling the available security measures.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, a person may request access, correction, portability, objection, restriction or deletion of their data. They may also withdraw a consent without affecting processing carried out beforehand.

Clients of a business should first contact that business for requests about their bookings. Account holders can use the privacy options in the dashboard or write to [email protected]. They can also manage communication preferences from the links included in messages.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies that are necessary for authentication, security, preferences and platform operation. When we use optional analytics or marketing technologies, we will offer the controls required by applicable law.

10. Minors

PuntualLife is intended for businesses and people with legal capacity to use the service. We do not knowingly collect accounts from minors who cannot give valid consent. If we detect a case, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will publish the current version and its update date on this page. Relevant changes will be communicated by reasonable means.

For questions or requests, use the email above. You can also read our Terms of Service.
