Terms of Service

PuntualLife is a trade name under which Curious Website ("we", "us") does business. Any reference to PuntualLife in these terms means Curious Website, which provides the service and is the party you contract with.

By creating an account, accessing or using PuntualLife you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these terms.

You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract and provide accurate, up-to-date information.

PuntualLife provides tools for bookings, calendars, clients, staff, communications, payments, analytics and integrations. We may improve, modify or retire features, aiming to give notice when a material change significantly affects the contracted use.

Businesses are responsible for the services they offer, their prices, availability, cancellation policies, professional compliance and relationship with their clients. PuntualLife does not provide the booked services and does not guarantee their quality.

• You must keep your credentials secure and limit access to authorized staff.
• You are responsible for activity carried out from your account, except unauthorized use that you report to us promptly.
• You must assign appropriate permissions to owners, admins and team members.
• You must notify us without delay if you suspect a security breach.

You may not use PuntualLife to:

• Break laws, third-party rights or applicable professional requirements.
• Send spam, misleading communications or messages without the necessary authorizations.
• Introduce malware, interfere with the service or bypass access controls and technical limits.
• Access another organization's data or attempt to test vulnerabilities without written authorization.
• Publish unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory or IP-infringing content.
• Resell or exploit the platform in an unauthorized way.

Each business decides which of its clients' data it enters into PuntualLife and must have a legal basis to collect it, use it and send communications. It must also respond to privacy requests related to its clients and configure appropriate retention periods.

You retain ownership of the information you provide and authorize us to process it solely to operate, protect and improve the service in accordance with these terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you enable text messages, they are sent only to clients who gave express consent on the booking form, and only about their own bookings. You must not use them for promotional content without separate opt-in, and you must honor every opt-out — the platform applies STOP requests automatically and blocks further messages to that number. How these messages work and what we do with phone numbers is described in section 6 of the Privacy Policy.

You may connect external services such as Google, Stripe or other providers. By doing so you authorize the exchange of the information necessary to run the integration. Use of the external service is also governed by its own terms and policies.

You can disconnect an integration from the platform or from the corresponding provider. We are not responsible for interruptions or changes originating exclusively in third-party services.

Paid plans, prices, limits and billing periods are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Payments are processed through external providers such as Stripe.

Taxes, refunds, free trials and plan changes apply according to the offer shown, applicable law and the policies disclosed during purchase.

PuntualLife and its components, design, software, trademarks and documentation belong to their owners and are protected by applicable law. These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service while your account is active.

You keep the rights to your trademarks and content. You grant us the technical permissions needed to host and display them as part of the requested service.

Some features may generate suggestions or automated content. You must review the results before using them and remain responsible for decisions, publications and communications made on behalf of your business. These features do not replace legal, medical, financial or professional advice.

We work to keep the service secure and available, but maintenance, errors or interruptions beyond our control may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis and without implied warranties that cannot be legally required.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PuntualLife will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunities, or acts of businesses and users of the platform. Any limitation applies only to the extent it is valid and does not exclude liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

You may cancel the service according to your plan's options. We may limit or suspend an account for breach, security risk, fraud, non-payment or legal requirement, aiming to give notice and an opportunity to cure when reasonable.

After termination, access may end and data will be retained or deleted according to the Privacy Policy, retention settings and applicable legal obligations.

We may update these terms. We will publish the current version and communicate material changes by reasonable means. Continued use after they take effect implies acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are interpreted under applicable law and any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts according to the relevant mandatory rules.
