Plans and billing
What each plan includes, how the 14-day trial works and what exactly happens when it ends.
The trial
When you create your account you get 14 days of the Pro plan, with no card. There are no payment details to enter and nothing to cancel.
When they end, the account moves to the Free plan on its own and you keep all your data. Nothing is deleted: your bookings, your clients and your page are all still there. The only thing that changes is which features you can reach.
The billing screen shows how many days are left and the exact date it ends.
The free plan limits
These are the three you will notice:

Services are unlimited on every plan.
The booking counter counts the month's non-cancelled bookings and resets on the 1st. If you hit the cap, online booking pauses until the next month. You can see it coming, because the dashboard shows how many you have used.
What each paid plan adds
Pro opens up unlimited team, unlimited bookings, your own domain, advanced analytics, unlimited coupons, the waitlist, the full loyalty program and per-service cancellation policies.
Business adds gift cards, client messaging, memberships, multiple locations and the option to feature your business in the marketplace.
When you land on a locked feature, the screen itself tells you which plan includes it.
Changing plan
Through Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe portal. That is where you change plan, update the card and cancel. Stripe prorates for the days you already paid for.
The annual plan is 20% cheaper than paying monthly.
The status notices
Payment pending. We could not charge you. You keep the plan until the end of the period already paid, then it drops to Free. Updating the card fixes it.
Subscription cancelled. It stays active until the paid period ends. You can reactivate whenever you want.
Payment incomplete. The payment stopped halfway. It has to be finished for the plan to activate.
Featuring in the marketplace
If you are on Business, it includes one free week with your business at the top of the marketplace. You activate it from the billing screen and it can be used once.
