Google Calendar
Connecting your calendar so your appointments land in it, and so the time you already have booked is not offered as free.
Connecting Google Calendar does two things, and they run in opposite directions.
From PuntualLife to Google. Every appointment you receive appears in your calendar, and if you move or cancel it, the event moves or disappears.
From Google to PuntualLife. The hours you already have busy in your calendar stop being offered as free slots on your booking page.
How to connect
In Team, on your own row, click Connect Google Calendar. Pick your account, accept the permissions, and you come back to the dashboard with the connected badge.
The link only appears on your own row. On everyone else's you will see This person must connect it themselves, because it requires signing in with each person's own Google account. You cannot connect a team member's calendar for them.
Which permissions are asked for, and why
View and edit events. This is what allows creating the appointment in your calendar, moving it when you reschedule and deleting it when you cancel.
View your availability. This is what allows knowing which hours you have busy so they are not offered. Only the busy time ranges are read, never the content of your events. PuntualLife does not see the title, the guests or the description of your other appointments.
Your email address. To show you which account you connected.
What the event looks like
The event carries the service name and the client name in the title, and in the description the client, their email, their notes and your business name. The client is added as a guest and a reminder is set 30 minutes before.

If it disconnects on its own
If the badge goes back to Connect Google Calendar without you doing anything, Google refused the access. It usually happens if you revoked the permission from your Google account or changed your password. Connecting again fixes it.
Disconnecting
You do it from your Google account, on the app permissions page of your profile. Once revoked, PuntualLife stops writing to your calendar and stops reading your busy hours.
