Day to day

Clients

Your client base fills itself with every booking. What the segments mean and what tags and notes are for.

You do not have to enter anyone. Every time someone books on your page, their record is created or updated automatically. Clients is that base.

You can also create a record by hand with New client, for whoever calls you or walks in.

The segments

They are calculated from each person's bookings. You do not set them.

New. Just showed up.

Active. Comes regularly.

At risk. Has gone longer than usual without coming back. This is the list worth writing to.

Inactive. Has not been in for a long time.

VIP. The ones who have brought you the most value.

Tags

You create these and they are free-form. They hold what the segments cannot know: who prefers mornings, who came by referral, who is allergic to something. You can then filter the list by tag.

A client's record

Inside each person you get their contact details, the total value they have brought you, the date they first appeared and their full booking history.

Internal notes are yours. The client never sees them anywhere. That is where what you want to remember next time goes.

Searching and filtering

The search box covers name, email and phone. Above the list you have filters by segment and by tag, and a button to clear them.

What your clients can do on their own

They need no account and no password. With the email they booked with they reach their own page, where they can see their appointments, move them, cancel them, book again and leave you a review.
